Ghrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if Ghrix has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Refund Policy
At Ghrix IT Agency, we strive to deliver high-quality IT and software development services. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a 25% refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment.
The refund applies only to services that have not been fully delivered or completed.
A 25% refund will be issued after reviewing the request.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Fully delivered or completed projects/services.
Custom software, design, or development work already initiated.
Subscription-based services after the billing period has started.
Refund Process
To request a refund, email us at info@ghrix.com with your order details and reason for the request.
Refunds will be processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
